Questions people actually ask
How quickly can I actually launch?
Most creators are taking payments within two hours. There's no theme to configure and no developer needed — you name your community, pick what's included, set a price, and share the link.
What happens to my members if I leave?
You export a full CSV of members, emails, and subscription state at any time, and we'll help you migrate billing to another processor. Your audience is yours. We don't hold it hostage.
Do you take a cut of my revenue?
On Launch, 9% of what your members pay you. On Pro it drops to 2.5%. Stripe's standard processing fees apply on top, same as anywhere else. There's no cut of anything you sell outside Huddlez.
What's the difference between the plans?
The transaction fee, and nothing else. Both plans include every feature, unlimited members, and unlimited courses. We'd rather you use the whole product and pay us when you're earning than hit a wall halfway through setting up.
Can I migrate from Discord, Skool, or Circle?
Yes. Import members by CSV, and we'll map existing subscriptions so nobody gets double-charged or loses access during the switch. Larger migrations get hands-on help from our team.
How do payouts work?
Weekly, every Friday, to a bank account in any of 41 supported countries. You can also switch to daily payouts once you've processed $10k. Failed payments are automatically retried on a smart schedule.
Is there a limit on members or content?
No. Unlimited members, courses, lessons, and events on both plans. Video hosting and bandwidth are included rather than metered.

They're just scattered across a Discord you don't monetise and a mailing list you don't send. Give them somewhere to go.
